Document Production
- Full-service photocopying and binding

IKON is able to offer its document conversion services either on-site
at your location or at one of IKON’s secure document processing
centers. We perform one-time document conversions as well as ongoing day-forward conversions.
Scanning Paper and Film
IKON’s broad scanning capabilities allow you to focus on your core
business. IKON can scan virtually any type of color or black and
white document — from receipts and index cards to large maps and
engineering drawings. IKON also scans microfilmed documents
including roll film, microfiche, and aperture cards.
Image and Data Conversion Services

conversion to migrate existing images and metadata to a new
document management system. IKON supports a wide range of
industry-standard and vendor-specific formats, and performs the
conversion with minimal impact on your existing system and IT

Turnkey Project Management
IKON assigns an experienced project management and operations
team to scanning and media conversion projects. IKON’s project
managers are trained in the principles of the Project Management
Institute. The project managers mitigate risk while successfully
implementing procedures to ensure successful completion of projects
— on time and on budget.

IKON’s procedures and protected facilities are designed to ensure
that your documents will be kept secure and confidential through the
entire project. Each employee has completed a background check,
drug testing, and confidentiality agreements. IKON trains its staff to
be compliant with HIPAA standards for handling confidential health
