no-charge invoice consultation service, Invoice Connection,
is available upon your request.
- IKON Financial Services will offer you alternative methods of payment at no
additional fee to you, which include: Automated Clearinghouse Payment, Electronic Funds Transfer,
and Payment by Credit Card (Visa, Master Card or American
Express).
- IKON Financial Services will offer a choice of payment due date.
- IKON Financial Services will minimize the use of voicemail and will, from 8am to 8pm EST, provide you with a Customer Support Representative and an automated account inquiry system.
- IKON Financial Services will provide you with a dedicated e-mail address for
customer service: CustomerService@ikonfin.com
- IKON Financial Services will assign a dedicated account specialist for all
major account customers for the entire term of the agreement.
- IKON Financial Services will provide you with the opportunity to participate
in periodic surveys.
- IKON Financial Services will not charge UCC or documentation fees, nor automatically extend your agreement for another full term.
- IKON Financial Services will not sell your account information to third-party
marketing firms.
- IKON Financial Services will help protect the integrity of your account by
not releasing payoff information until a written authorization
is received by you.
- Contact us if you have any issues with your billing or customer service.
- Participate in our survey process when the opportunity arises.
- Remit your invoice payments on time to avoid late fee charges.
