IKON Online is our web-based e-Catalog that allows larger organizations to order contracted equipment and supplies over the Internet and gives customers access to a variety of online customer service tools.
IKON Online e-Catalogs are contract-specific and contain in-depth product overviews, features and benefits. Specifications such as dimensions, power requirements, paper capacity etc. can all be viewed from a detailed product description page, allowing users to be more informed when making a selection.
IKON Online's e-Service Center offers customers the ability to submit online meter reads and service calls, as well as request return merchandise authorizations and equipment moves.
IKON Online also lets customers manage aspects of their account online. Company-approved administrators can add addresses, approve orders and add or delete users as appropriate. Administrators can also grant various levels of access to the e-Catalogs by user, which can eliminate customer concerns over maverick buyers or unnecessary purchases.
