RightFax is a fax server and electronic document delivery solution that simplifies and automates the flow of faxes and other documents by integrating telephony, email and other networked business systems, and leveraging your existing MFP and desktop technology. RightFax acts as an electronic document router that captures inbound fax documents and routes them to their destination without using fax machines. For outbound documents RightFax emulates a print queue; so any application that can print can use RightFax to reliably deliver and track secure electronic documents to fax numbers, email addresses and SMS accounts. RightFax can automate the transmission of documents such as orders and invoices from business applications and streamline fax broadcasts. RightFax can cut document delivery costs by over 50 percent by eliminating the need for multiple stand-alone fax machines, modems, telephone lines, long distance charges and supplies. And RightFax allows employees to send and receive faxes from their desktops eliminating the time wasted waiting at fax machines.

| Application & Environment |
Today 90 percent of US companies are fax enabled and for many the fax has become their primary means of transmitting and receiving information, spawning a proliferation of fax machines across headquarters, branch, department and even individual offices; each with its own phone line and requisite supplies. With the advent of the Internet and networked e-mail systems these large fleets of fax machines have become comparatively expensive and time consuming to operate, creating a competitive disadvantage for companies that rely too heavily on fax. Furthermore, tracking information sent via analog technology is difficult, raising security and compliance issues. When your customers or suppliers insist on dealing via fax, you need a way to make document delivery and faxing faster, friendlier and less expensive. |
