Text and graphics can logically appear or disappear, according to the business need, based upon information contained within the data stream. Print the right elements, for the right customers, every time. Line conditions are also supported, changing for example the font or color of a line based upon information within that line. You can use data on your customers’ purchase history to automatically include messages or images of related products that they might be interested in. PlanetPress Suite allows the creation of multi-part and multi-format forms and performs conditional printing, sorting and bar coding…all on standard business paper. • PlanetPress, the core module of the PlanetPress Suite, is a complete design tool that is used to create and modify forms and compose variable data on-screen with desktop-publishing simplicity. A convenient WYSIWYG graphical interface allows user to define form styles, add formatted text, barcodes and macros, incorporate graphics and images, select data, attach conditions, select colors, and even create charts, graphs, logos and special shapes.
• PlanetPress Watch output management software monitors and automates print processing and distribution of your documents. PlanetPress Watch captures, incoming data streams, processes and routes them to multiple output destinations with no human intervention required. In conjunction with other PlanetPress modules, it also enables output job splitting, cluster printing, remote printing, archiving in PDF, JPG and TIFF formats and document distribution via email or fax.
• PlanetPress Image plugs into PlanetPress Watch to enable the generation of PDFs, JPGs or TIFFs, for email or archive.
