The equipment available through this program has been pre-selected from IKON's inventory of used products based on strict eligibility criteria that include performance history and meter counts. Every certified used product selected undergoes a rigorous inspection at IKON's remanufacturing facility in Baja, Mexico. All units are remanufactured to "like new" status using our carefully controlled ISO 9001:2000-registered process and then fully-tested to UL-approved standards. In addition, both Underwriters Laboratories and British Standards Institute routinely audit IKON's facility to ensure ongoing compliance with international standards.
- IKON chooses selected models with proven field success and low copy counts
- Certified technicians apply an extensive, 120-step cleaning and reconditioning process to each device, replacing all high-wear components and adjusting units back to original factory specifications
- Panels are repainted to give the unit as “like new” appearance
