The Canon imagePRESS C7000VP is a powerful digital color press engineered for ultra-high-quality, on-demand production printing, and value-added services such as variable data printing. The Canon imagePRESS C7000VP prints 70 letter-sized pages per minute in color and black and white with output that rivals offset image quality, while maintaining superior color consistency and production reliability.
The imagePRESS C7000VP digital press utilizes the combination of three key technology features -- V Toner, Media Library, and Dual Fusing -- to produce output where the glossiness of the toner matches the glossiness of the stock for superior image quality.
In addition, the imagePRESS C7000VP was designed to minimize downtime with automated features such as multi-feed detection to keep the press operating efficiently; and you can replace paper, toner bottle, and waste toner bottle without stopping the press.

On the front and back ends of the press are a variety of paper-feeding and finishing options that enable you to tailor the solution to meet your specific needs. The modular design of the press enables you to choose the configuration that’s right for your environment. The saddle finisher staples up to 100 sheets and makes booklets up to 80 pages, and a new conveyer belt gives the press the ability to produce limitless booklets. The optional booklet trimmer evenly trims booklets of up to 80 pages (20 sheets folded). The output tray holds up to 30 saddle-stitched booklets (2,400 pages, 2-sided). An optional puncher is also available, providing accurate 2- and 3-hole punch capabilities for stocks up to 300gsm (160 lb.Index).
A selection of print controller options is available to drive the press and provide a spectrum of value-added capabilities ranging from basic to advanced color management, enhanced productivity functions, and workflow integration. The Canon Controller Color UFR II/PCL/PS Printer Kit is best suited to corporate environments. Users will be able to access features directly from their desktop and this controller offers a host of other capabilities such as Secured Print, Print to Mail Box, and Edit and Preview. The imagePRESS Server A2000 is ideal for mid- to high-end production environments that require outstanding color control, superior image quality, versatility, and reliability; essential to print management and color control functions. The imagePRESS Server A3000 is engineered for high-speed processing of complex jobs in the most demanding print production environments.
