    With the introduction of the Ricoh MP W7140, Ricoh begins expanding its presence in the mid-to-low high volume market segments. Currently, high volume machines are extremely costly but certain markets need more than low volume products (typically reprographers, CRD and other users needing to support faster output and higher volumes). At this time, competitors’ products only address the 7-13 D size PPM and are typically more costly than the Ricoh MP W7140. This new Ricoh product offers affordable, feature-rich and compact high-volume wide format copying/printing/scanning solutions. And, it is based on Ricoh’s proven open architecture design used in its MFP office systems.

    8.5” Wide Color VGA Panel Designed to provide users with enhanced usability and accessibility, the Ricoh MP W7140’s Display Panel enables any user to quickly and efficiently navigate their way through any of the MP W7140’s many functions – from the simplest to the most complex.
    Animated Guidance In the event of a paper misfeed, toner replacement situation, etc., the Ricoh MP W7140’s step-by-step Animated Guidance function ensures smooth operation at all times.
    Thumbnail View In order to quickly and easily search files stored in the Document Server, the Ricoh MP W7140’s Control Panel has the ability to display the stored files both by lists and by thumbnail; users can select how they wish to display the saved documents.
    Preview Function The Ricoh MP W7140’s Preview function enables users to view the contents of documents prior to printing, which eliminates costly and time-consuming output errors. Users can view up to an 18” x 24” document in full-view or documents up to 36” x 48” in sections. They can also zoom in to specific areas in the image to assure image quality before sending.
