Scan-to-Folder: Makes storage and retrieval simple for all of your documents: you simply scan directly to a folder on the hard disk through either SMB or FTP protocol. What’s more, designated users on your LAN or WAN have the same ease of access to review and update your designs.

Network TWAIN scanning: This driver solves the problem of what to do with old-style blueprints. It allows you to convert your blueprints into high-resolution black-on-white output by simply selecting “diazo” when you scan your originals.

Prevent unauthorized personnel from accessing secure files with Windows Authentication. Users are required to input their names and passwords before being given access to print specific files.

Encrypt data until it is actually output, preventing attempts to intercept data during transmission.

Overwrite “latent images” automatically—images that remain temporarily on the hard drive after any job—preventing the possibility of recreating your work from the unit’s hard drive.
