The Aficio MP4000B model is equipped with output speeds of up to 40ppm and comes standard with black and white scanning functionality. The MP4000SP comes with Ricoh’s scan/print option included for RPCS/PCL printing and also offers color scanning. The “B” versions cannot be upgraded to have color scanning. These devices have dual 550-sheet paper trays and a 100-sheet bypass tray giving it a standard paper capacity of 1,200 sheets, which can be upgraded with two additional paper trays or a large capacity tray, giving a maximum paper capacity of 4,400-sheets.
