    The positioning of the Ricoh Aficio MP C2550 is as an entry-level business color solution. When general office documents require color to highlight important data on a spreadsheet or presentation or to show a full-color photograph or illustration surrounded by text or even to print a Web page or PDF file, the Ricoh Aficio MP C2550 is the perfect solution. Designed to satisfy the need for cost-effective color output in general office environments, the MP C2550 Series is best suited for workgroups dominated by Microsoft Office® suite (Word®, Excel®, and PowerPoint®) and light Adobe® Acrobat® printing applications.

    Scan Once/ Print Many Scan Once/Print Many technology allows the system to scan a document once, and then produce the entire set quantity using the data stored in memory from the initial scan. Output quality remains consistent from the first set to the last, and wear and tear is minimized on originals, the ARDF, and scanning hardware. Users elevate productivity by returning to work immediately with originals in hand while the system completes the job unattended.
    Networking and Connectivity The MP C2550 is configured with a 10BaseT/100BaseTX interface and a standard RJ-45 plug to connect to the network. In addition, the mainframe has an optional USB 2.0 serial interface to connect to a print server.
    Seamless Network Integration The MP C2550 supports all of the major network protocols and operating systems, including TCP/IP, Novell IPX/SPX, EtherTalk/AppleTalk and SMB/NetBEUI. For customers that run more than one protocol, the MP C2550 features automatic sensing, switching from one protocol to another.
    Automatic Paper Selection Takes the guesswork out of walk-up copying and eliminates waste and image cut-off by selecting the proper size copy paper as a function of the size of the scanned original and the selected reproduction ratio
