IKON has committed to conduct site-by-site inventory of equipment. In making replacement equipment recommendations, IKON utilizes several tools to assess the print needs of individual locations: Site Equipment
Data Survey-S.E.D.S.-IKON's access equipment database provides
detailed reports on copier, facsimile machines, line, laser and desk
jet printers and base-line related costs and volumes associated with
each machine when available.
Leases on existing
equipment will be reviewed during the site-by-site equipment inventory
and assessment to be conducted by IKON. If it is determined that it
is more cost effective to trade-in or trade-up equipment, IKON will
propose new equipment solutions. If it is determined that it is not
cost effective, existing leases will be allowed to run their term. IKON
can provide a sample "Cancellation" letter upon request that
can be sent to current vendors as equipment comes off lease. For more
