IKON is committed to providing the State of Colorado with premium rental and service on Contract #98526YYY07M for digital black-and-white multi-functional copiers and color multi-functional copiers.

Highlights of the award between the State of Colorado and IKON Office Solutions

  • Minimum installation period is now 36 months. For those agencies or departments that are in a tight budget period, IKON has offered two lower cost options. These increase your minimum installation period to 48 or 60 months providing you a cost savings.
  • Color Copiers are available. There are now 3 different types of categories under the award. The MC categories cover all black and white copiers. The BC categories cover the copiers that produce mostly a black and white copy but have color copy capabilities. The FC categories cover the full color copiers.
  • Connecting the copier to the network can provide the offices with a major cost savings as print jobs are moved from an existing cartridge based laser printer to the more cost efficient and faster copier. When the Network Printer Kit is installed, it also provides the office with basic scanning. Most of the equipment also offers an advanced level of scanning for those offices that require it. Fax boards can also be installed in most categories.
