Three things: People, Vendors, and Products and Services
People
At IKON, we seek to employ skilled and talented professionals with diverse backgrounds that are reflective of the communities in which we do business. Hiring exceptional employees with wide-ranging skills helps make us a stronger company that’s able to meet all our customers’ needs. IKON's strength is its people and the relationships forged with our customers.
Vendors
IKON believes in the importance of Supplier Diversity and Development Initiatives.
IKON is actively committed to building relationships and strategic partnerships
that promote the advancement of minority and woman owned businesses. For more
information on this initiative, please visit our Supplier
Diversity page.
Products and Services
IKON Office Solutions, a Ricoh company, is uniquely positioned to help organizations optimize document management and workflow. We combine award-winning products with end-to-end professional services and support to deliver comprehensive, flexible solutions tailored to each organization's specific goals.
IKON advocates a broad definition of diversity - far more than race and gender - that encompasses multiple dimensions of similarity and difference. All of the factors listed here are relevant to the assumptions that people make about one another and the way they feel about working together.
In 1999, IKON Office Solutions formed the IKON Diversity Council. The Diversity Council was formed to help build and promote diversity within IKON, and to ensure that the company truly reflects the communities in which it does business. Consisting of employees from across IKON, the Council focuses on several key initiatives relating to diversity, including: recruiting, training, mentoring, supplier diversity and affirmative action.
Vision: To be an organization reflective of the communities in which we do business.
Mission: To promote diversity as a core value within IKON to more fully benefit from the talents and strengths of a diverse organization. |
