Internship Programs

Students will have the opportunity to choose the desired learning track appropriate to their major area of study:

1. Management Learning Track - Designed to provide students with an introduction to management skills, including management of team members and direct reports, financials and customer interactions.

2. Sales Learning Track - This program is designed to provide students with an interest in sales and sales management with a tactical and strategic focus. Through interactive, hands on learning with all levels of IKON's sales and services, students learn how to identify the tools for success as well as how to manage the sales process.

3. Technical Learning Track - This program is designed to provide students with an introduction to equipment, software and production applications through training and field experience.

Criteria - Students must meet the following criteria in order to participate in the Management, Sales or Technical Learning Track:

  • A minimum 3.0 cumulative and current GPA
  • In their third or fourth year of college
  • An interest in management, sales or IT as a career
  • Referred by their college planning and placement office
  • A location (either school or home) that is commutable to IKON
  • A letter of recommendation from their college/university
Interns receive payment for time worked and can receive internship credit (as determined by the college/university).
