Case Study: Ceridian
HR Solutions

IKON helped Ceridian, an industry leader serving 116,000 organizations, to transform a key component of its client communications program: customized “Tip Sheet” packets mailed in follow-up to customer phone contacts. Prior to IKON’s document strategy assessment, Ceridian had tasked a staff of 21 with fulfilling over 1,000 orders daily.
