(DPSU) shows the bottom-line impact that effective document management can have. A division of the global giant Cadbury Schweppes, DPSU faced challenges at its Plano, Texas, headquarters: a need for better performance and reduced costs in its mailroom and copy center. IKON met the challenge with a combination of strategy and execution—redesigning DPSU’s mail and copy center operations and managing its facilities on an outsourced basis.
