from the Chairman and CEO Customer Case Studies Site Map EFFICIENT IDEAS BAE SYSTEMS When IKON won a major contract with BAE SYSTEMS in the UK, it was on the strength of IKON'S EXPERTISE IN DOCUMENT WORKFLOW ANALYSIS. One of the world’s largest defense manufacturers, BAE SYSTEMS asked several vendors for proposals to rationalize its fleet of 2,000 copiers and 12,000 printers. IKON’s team responded with on-site research focused on identifying BAE SYSTEMS’ FULL RANGE OF DOCUMENT NEEDS. Based on this analysis, the team developed a comprehensive proposal, and to demonstrate their ideas, they built a virtual office where users could experience the new solution firsthand.
