Mission
The mission of IKON’s Supplier Diversity Initiative is to continually seek and expand partnerships with minority-owned, small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, veteran-owned, disabled-owned and HUBZone-owned small businesses. As a result of these mutually beneficial relationships, IKON will be able to exceed our customers’ expectations, add value to our products, meet our business goals and provide economic benefits throughout the United States.
IKON's vision is to be the leader in providing innovative products and services that enable our customers to manage document workflow and increase efficiency. At IKON, we recognize that by partnering with minority/woman-owned and small businesses, we can work toward achieving our vision, while helping these businesses thrive. We are committed to providing opportunities for all members of the communities in which we operate. We established the following supplier diversity statement of policy to ensure that IKON's commitment to diversity is extended into our supplier initiative:
It is the policy of IKON Office Solutions, Inc. to provide minority/woman owned and small businesses with equitable opportunities to compete for contracts to supply goods, services and equipment. Such businesses include minority-owned, small, small-disadvantaged, women-owned, veteran-owned and HUB Zone small businesses.
As a result of this company-wide policy, we intend to increase our procurement efforts with minority/woman-owned and small businesses. While our Supply Chain team provides oversight for the initiative, responsibility for acting on this commitment lies with each member of the IKON team.

IKON buys a wide variety of goods and services throughout the United States. Due to the number of markets that IKON serves and the variety of products and services that we are able to provide, the utilization of Minority and Women Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) for client projects, as well as for overall business operations, varies by location, operation and business unit. Subcontracted supplies/services typically include, but are not limited to, consulting services, facility maintenance, miscellaneous office supplies/service, trade-show support, exhibit services, catering, collections and professional services.
